The 5.7-acre site provides marine servicing and specialist facilities from our unique location in Gosport, directly across the water from HMNB and offering direct access to The Solent.

75-Tonne Lift & Launch Capacity
Our 75-Tonne Marine Travel Hoist is available to lift and launch from our hoist dock. Plus, our 50-tonne remote-controlled boat mover makes light work of safely moving boats around the yard. Our 55-tonne mobile crane is available for launching or lifting smaller boats, power boats, race yachts, masts and rigging work.

The on site boat repair workshops offer over 1,500M2 of covered facilities, for boats up to 21 meters LOA.
The workshops are ideally suited to marine maintenance and repair businesses with on-site lift & launch scheduling and direct access to Portsmouth Harbour & The Solent.
Extensive Hard Standing
Over 2 acres of hard standing available for boat or marine equipment storage. The site is a secure facility, which is uniquely sheltered in a prime waterfront location.
Deep-Water
Berthing
The 150m stretch of deep-water quay is where the Royal Yacht used to sail from, taking Queen Victoria across the Solent to Osbourne House on the IoW. It now provides sheltered berthing for small and large boats, complemented by servicing pontoons with shore power.

Dry Storage
In revitalising some of the older buildings on site, we can house over 1,750m2 of marine equipment safely and securely. Flexible options, all year round.
Mixed Commercial Units
We can offer office space or workshop space in a number of buildings, providing tenants with excellent waterfront access and the potential to build efficient business relationships as part of a strategically located marine service hub.
